My product(s) arrived damaged/faulty. What should I do?
Contact us to initiate the returns/refund process. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense and will only be refunded once said product(s) are inspected and determined to be genuinely faulty.
I changed my mind on product(s) I ordered. What are my options?
We have a 30 day change-of-mind policy on all orders. Change-of-mind product(s) must be returned in undamaged, resellable condition and at the buyers expense. Change-of-mind orders are refunded by way of store credit, not cash.
